In the event you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your reimbursement. 

We now have Lower Prices now for 2019! All of our Products shown online here are Stock ready to Ship, and are manufactured right here in the United States of America. Products typically ship out 1 to 3 business days from our USA Fabrication Shop to USA Domestic Address'. For International Shipping call 301-937-4383. Occasionally a company or individual places a very large order and clears out our Stock of a certain items, so please place your order as soon as possible to ensure availability. 

We also have hundreds of profiles in Stock not shown on our online Store, so if you need something you don't see here online, call us or email us, we will be glad to assist you in finding what you need from our wide variety of stock and custom fabricated shapes. 

When you receive your material, count all of the boxes and inspect for any damage or shortage when signing the delivery receipt. Report all product damage or shortages after receiving shipment with in 24 hours. Note the damage in the log with the driver. Call us at 301-937-4383. 

If not satisfied then return product within 10 days of receiving. Materials will be accepted subject to inspection and a 20% restocking charge assessed. Call us 301-937-4383 so we can authorize your return. Upon return receipt of the product in good condition we will refund your money less any shipping charges and 20% restocking fee. Title for all goods shall pass to the purchaser immediately upon pick-up from the carrier. Responsibility for filing freight claims of any kind rests with the purchaser. Contact the freight company directly for damages or lost materials. Contact us within 24 hours for shortages or miss-filled orders.
